Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of every product we provide.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away by emailing support@ezium.org. We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement product or another appropriate resolution.
What if I don’t see any improvement in my horse?
Most horses show noticeable improvement within 2-3 weeks, but every horse is different. Magnesium supports normal nerve and muscle function, but it’s not a quick fix or a cure-all. Behavior and performance can be influenced by many factors, including diet, workload, environment, and underlying health issues.
If you’re not seeing the results you expected, please reach out to us. We’re happy to help you adjust your approach or recommend a different product that may be a better fit. While we do not offer returns, we are committed to helping you get the best possible outcome for your horse.
