Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder before each upcoming order so you have time to make any changes.
Orders are processed quickly and typically ship the next business day, sometimes even the same day. All orders ship via UPS Ground and include a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
Yes. You can update your shipping address at any time through your subscription portal. Simply log in, navigate to your active subscription, and edit the shipping details as needed. Changes will apply to all upcoming shipments.
To update your billing information, log in to your subscription portal and update your payment method and/or billing details. Any changes will apply to all future orders tied to your account or until you update it again in the future.
If a subscription payment fails, you will be notified via email with a link to update your payment method. Your subscription order will be shipped once payment is successfully processed, or automatically paused after seven (7) failed retries.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal. Simply log in, select your active subscription, and choose the option to cancel. Once canceled, no future orders will be processed.
